Key Dates & Next Steps
The bidding and voting process follows a structured timeline to ensure fairness, transparency, and active participation from IGR members worldwide. Here’s what you need to know:
April 2, 2025 – Deadline for bidding clubs to submit final questions regarding the process.
April 4–13, 2025 – IGR will host a virtual bid presentation & Q&A session, where clubs will present their proposals and answer questions from IGR members. Details will be announced soon.
April 15 – May 29, 2025 – Voting period opens!
IGR European members will vote to determine the Union Cup 2027 host.
IGR North American members will vote to determine the NORAM Cup 2027 host.
Votes will be weighted according to membership status, ensuring a fair and representative outcome.
June 1, 2025 – The much-anticipated host club announcement! The winning bids for Union Cup 2027 and NORAM Cup 2027 will be revealed during the closing ceremony of Union Cup & NORAM Cup 2025.
