Governance

IGR Constitution: the constitution of International Gay Rugby, a charitable incorporated organisation, as amended by resolution of Members on 6 October 2024.

Membership

IGR Membership Fee Policy (IGR-MEM-001): the annual membership fee every IGR club pays for each rugby season, due by 1st September, and the payment needed to take part in IGR tournaments in that season.
Competition Voting Rights and Eligibility Policy (IGR-VRP-001): which member clubs vote on the Bingham Cup, Union Cup, NORAM Cup and IGR Global Touch Festival.
IGR Code of Conduct: the standards expected of every member, player, coach, match official, spectator, administrator and volunteer, and how to report a concern.

Tournaments

Bingham Cup Host Rotation Policy (IGR-ROT-001): how the Bingham Cup rotates between Europe, North America and the Rest of the World from 2028.
Trophy Custodianship Agreement: the agreement every club taking part in an IGR tournament signs, covering the care, engraving, insurance and return of IGR trophies. Download it to complete and sign (Word).
