International Gay Rugby (IGR) is a fast-growing, ever-passionate rugby family that reaches all four corners of the globe and plays a huge part in the lives of thousands of players and supporters. Founded in October 2000 by a small group of inclusive rugby clubs, and now in our third decade, we continue to give the LGBTQ+ community the chance to enjoy competitive rugby while building respect and tolerance for people of all gender identities and sexualities worldwide. Our aim is to grow inclusive rugby and advance equality, diversity and personal development in sport.
