IGR is nothing without the dedication and time committed by it’s team of volunteers – known as Team IGR. From our Board of Trustees to department chiefs to social media specialists, every individual, regardless of position, is a volunteer. IGR has a need for different skill sets & areas of specialization in order to successfully operate and provide the role it is for inclusive rugby worldwide.

IGR is run entirely by volunteers

IGR is a global organization with a presence in more than 30 countries and with inexcess of 120 member clubs and teams. Management and operations of IGR is done entirely by unpaid individuals dedicated to the goals of the organization and what it is trying to achieve: rugby for all. 

With such a large footprint and with thousands of club members, IGR has a number of projects, initiatives and functional teams that need the support and contributions of volunteers in order to make things happen. 

As incredible as it sounds, our global non-profit organization with member clubs in more than 30 countries and that owns 3 tournament brands, The Bingham Cup, The Union Cup and The NorAm Cup, is run, managed and operated entirely by a team of unpaid volunteers.

We have a role for you for only a few hours a month

Being such a large organization, IGR has countless opportunities for dedicated individuals who believe in and support the ideals of the organization: inclusivity and diversity in rugby for all. 

With the organization constantly growing and evolving to meet the demands of new club membership, it is in need of individuals with all backgrounds, interests and education in order to help it function at its very best.

From only a few hours a month, it’s possible to contribute to the success of the organization as all roles and the time they provide make a difference in multiple ways.
