Tou’Win Rugby Club

TOU’WIN is a sports association and activist for LGBTQI rights. It brings together very different people around common values:[spacer height=”20px”]Respect, Dignity and Humanism.[spacer height=”20px”]

Created in April 2006 on the initiative of a handful of Toulouse gays who are passionate about rugby, the Tou’Win association today consists of around sixty members, including around forty players.[spacer height=”20px”]

Women, men, gay, straight, beginners or experienced, of different origins or nationalities, proudly carry their experience, their history and their identity.[spacer height=”20px”]

The aim of the association is to promote the inclusion of LGBTQI people in sport and to promote team sports, and rugby in particular, among them.[spacer height=”20px”]

Thus we want to demonstrate to amateur, professional and institutional rugby players that a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity should not limit their access to the practice of sport, nor force them to hide their difference.[spacer height=”20px”]
