The Baltimore Flamingos are a gay and inclusive rugby club based in Baltimore, Maryland, and the state’s first LGBTQ+ rugby team. A welcoming and growing club, the Flamingos focus on learning, camaraderie and building their squad, open to everyone aged 17 and over. Inclusion and fun are at the heart of the club.
